Official tipsWhat stayed open (resort FAQ): 'Cross-country (XC) trails and hiking trails will open accessible free of charge from the Gondola Station San Sophia. All downhill, technical and free-ride trails will remain closed for the season.' The XC network from San Sophia includes the Short Loop (1.3 mi) and Village (3 mi) trails per the resort's trail table.

Seasonal notesRE-VERIFIED this pass on the resort's own Bike Park page, which now heads the page 'Bike Park Closed - 2027 Dates TBA.' The page's FAQ states verbatim: 'Due to the Lift 4 Modernization project scheduled for this spring, we've made the difficult decision to plan for a closure of the Telluride Bike Park for the upcoming summer season.' So the park was closed for ALL of summer 2026 and no 2027 dates are published yet.
